Twins Days 2010 Pre-Registration |
Registration forms are available in PDF format. If you have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your system, you can now download and print a picture-perfect copy of those forms, saving the TDFC postage & materials costs, and saving yourself time! The reader software is free to download and use.

This is the deadline for pre-registration, pre-ordering of the group photo and getting a program patron listing. (Photos are available in 8x10 size only.) *Note: If you miss this deadline, you can still register upon arrival at the festival! Print out this form, fill it out and bring it with you (along with "proof of twin" if it's your first year registering). Please note that, Due to technical problems encountered in the past, credit cards will not be accepted for any transactions at the registration booth on the festival site. |

TRIPLETS/QUADS/QUINTS:
There is no special registration form for multiples other than twins. If you
need additional room, please print another copy of this form or use an another
sheet of paper. The registration fees for multiples other than twins
will be as follows:
Triplets: $22.50 per set
Quadruplets: $30.00 per set
Quintuplets: $37.50 per set
Here's what you get for a $15.00 registration fee. ($20 on-site)
Non-Twins (siblings, parents, etc.): One of the purposes of registration is to get an accurate count of the number of twins attending. This is important for planning as well as promotion. Non-multiples can simply pay a nominal admission fee at the gate (currently $3).
